1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 6jili ("6jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 6jili online gaming platform, including the website at 6jili.app, the 6jili mobile application, all games, payment services, promotional programs, and any other features or services offered by 6jili (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 6jili Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

6jili reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming on 6jili. This requirement is consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 6jili strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 6jili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at 6jili's discretion after deducting any amounts wagered.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 6jili Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 6jili complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 6jili makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering on 6jili, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been self-excluded from gaming platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to register or use the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on 6jili, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on 6jili. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 6jili detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6jili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 6jili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 6jili support immediately.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to 6jili is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

6jili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three business days to reflect in your 6jili account, depending on your bank's processing times. 6jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. 6jili reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 6jili account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6jili is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to request source-of-funds documentation, and to delay or refuse withdrawals where AML concerns are identified. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on 6jili are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 6jili does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit, after which any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6jili takes bonus integrity seriously. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. 6jili reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 VIP Club

The 6jili VIP Club operates under its own terms and conditions, which are published on the VIP Club page. VIP status and associated benefits are granted at 6jili's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. VIP points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the 6jili Platform — including Captain Fisher, Pirate Fishing, Butterfly Blossom, European Blackjack, and Golden Bank — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are random, independent of previous results, and cannot be influenced by 6jili, the player, or any third party. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the respective game information pages.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, 6jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 6jili is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

6.3 Game-Specific Rules

Each game on the 6jili Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund or dispute.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account

8 Responsible Gaming

6jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 6jili account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6jili Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of 6jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 6jili Platform without prior written consent from 6jili. Unauthorized use of 6jili's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 6jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection are secure and suitable for accessing the Platform.

11 Privacy & Data

6jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on 6jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

6jili will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 6jili

6jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You have provided false information during registration or verification
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account action
• Your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players

12.2 Closure by Player

You may close your 6jili account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13 Amendments to These Terms

6jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 6jili Platform shall first be submitted to 6jili's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.

6jili operates in alignment with PAGCOR guidelines. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly through our internal process may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body.
